I would like to characterise cells grown in Matrigel and I have a problem to isolate viable cells from the matrix.
Does anyone have experience/protocol wih this?
(I am thinking to use trypsine but I don`t have a protocol for 3D culture trypsinisation. I guess it takes longer time because it requires the disruption of cellcell and cellmatrix interactions and prolonged treatment times.)
