Hi All
How can one determine that a particular protein from one animal is antigenic in other animal? For e.g I want to know if a particular protein of human origin is immunogenic in mice or not. Is there a particular way for detemining that.
Kindly Help.
My peculiar interest are human plasma protein against which i want to raise monocloal antibodies. However mice of Swiss Albino strain are not responding to the dose. What could be the cause????
