<description><![CDATA[ I am doing some action potential recording for human embryonic stem cell derived cardiomyocytes, my problem is that right after I got the G-seal, my cell dead and I could not get any recording, even though it beat second before I patched the cell. We can get action potential recording from 3-5 cell cluster, also we can record the currnt from sigle cardiomycoytes.
