» if a protocol mentions like dis, "10 mM tris hcl (ph 8), can i take 10 millimoles of tris base and adjust ph to 8 with hcl or should i take 10millimoles of tris hcl and later adjust ph with base? does both mean same? because my solution needs ph 8 , it is near to tris base solution(0.1/0.2 ph units adjustments) instead of tris hcl solution(its ph is near to 3.4)! help me pls 0 302
