I use synthetic A beta as the control and I do have bands stained by Coomassie. I wonder if RIPA have any ill effect when I extracted the protein or the quantity is very limite. Thank you!!!!!

Hi,I tried this many times and I have not get a good results.I try to extract proteins from Fly heads,I use RIPA buffer but I can not see any bands in my film. Do you think I have not extract A-beta from my flies? Thanks a lot!!!
