TNF hits mice (and humans) very hard. It is one of the few cytokines in my experience that I've seen have visible effects on mice shortly after injection. Expect your mice to stop most activity and huddle in a corner of the cage. It will also give them diarrhea. Their grooming habits will also ...

I'll add my guess that Biodata = biography data (list of peer-reviewed paper, review articles, books, chapters and abstracts). I can't ever remember seeing that term, however, so I may be wrong. I've seen some Asian applicants include data such a sex, health status, marital status on their CV, ...
