Dear Argerine, Is it after adding the SMCC in the solution, the color of the sample will change right ? Before adding SMCC, my sample color is red color. But after mix with SMCC, it immediately change to purple color. Please advise me. Thanks.

Thanks for yours explaination. If only incubated the protein at 37 °C prior SDS-PAGE analysis, is it not sufficient heat to break the bond of protein ? Am i right ? If i heat the protein at 37°C instead of 93°C ? Any comment on that. Thanks.

Dear Rolando: Is it the IgG can heat at 93°C for 5 min before doing SDS-PAGE testing ? It will cleavage the IgG during heating right ? Please advise.
