Can science eliminate crime? A true shocking story

Yesterday night I came across a shocking true story that is tickling my mind again and again whether some day scientists would be able to regulate the emotional body of the human beings to the level of eliminating crime? and this true story puts a question mark on the ability of our sophisticated and ultramodern science which looks like a dwarfer creature in front of monsters of crime that deceive law, science as well as the whole world. I am not pasting it here because it is someone else's content but pasting the link below.
