Good Morning Everybody,

My project is steering me toward endothelial cell work, so I was online this morning trying to figure out how much FBS to add to my media. Anyway, I stumbled across this "video" (more just a series of pictures) on how to isolate HUVECs from umbilical cords. Wow! This is really awesome. I'm just using some frozen down cells, but this procedure looks like one of the coolest primary cell isolations I have ever seen.
