Teaching Histology

Dear Friends,

For the last couple of month now I am teaching Histology. I found that the Histology lab is a great asset and at the same time is overwelming.

In order to help my students I am creating a Histological Atlas.

The Idea is to bring the students images that they encounter in the class as some times the images that we can see in the books are not the same that we have in our slide boxes.

So I will try to share the imges also at this web page.

I will put some pics that was taken from a bllod smear. You can see Red Blood cells and couple of White blood cells.

For the next images come and look at the new Cytology and Histology Category,

I have already uploaded an image of an endochondral ossification.
