Helo everyone,
I have got some images of Insulinoma cells , which have been stained with propidium iodide and hoechest to study the cell viability, I would be happy if someone could help me in quantify the Cell Viability using Fluroscent microscopy image by using ImageJ software, my Adavance thanks for your kind help
