How long can the lysiates in sample buffer be useable withperfect detection

My supperviser is attending to bring some lysate samples from another country in sample buffer . He is ging to use these sample for several western blotting. Is it true?

Alternatives are:
1) It's frozen in lysis buffer
2) It's maintained at low temperature (subzero)
3) It's in lyophiliized form that he can resuspend
4.) Sample buffer in boiled form to inactivate the proteases

Thanks for your kind reply.
But I still have another question. He is going to perform several western blotting in different days.Do you agree with several freezing and defreezing processes? Are you sure, this method can protect proteins ?

Probably yr supervisor has multiple aliquotes of it. If he hasnt then when u first thaw the sample maka aliquots.
