Specific responsibilities for the Senior Director, Marketing for Tysabri will include:

• Achieving brand revenue targets

• Overseeing the development and implementation of tactical and strategic brand marketing plans

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with thought leaders, key customers and professional organizations

• Working in close conjunction with the Tysabri brand team and the overall US Neurology business more broadly to position the brand effectively

• Championing the brand throughout the company

• Establishing a team environment

• Creating individual coaching and development plans for all direct reports.
