Postdoctoral Research Scientist (Cell Signalling) : DUNDEE, United Kingdom



 

Grade 7 (£29,249 – £35,938)


Inositol Lipid Signalling Laboratory, Division of Cell Signalling and Immunology .


Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research scientist posts for 1 year to work with Dr Nick Leslie working on PTEN and PI 3-kinase dependent signalling.

 


The successful applicant will be part of a lively and well resourced laboratory with excellent links to the commercial sector, sited within the James Black Centre. Many state of the art facilities including those for mouse transgenics, light and electron microscopy, drug discovery and mass spectrometry are available within the College.

 


Applicants should have, or be about to obtain, a PhD and some experience in molecular biology and lipid biochemistry. Applicants with a strong publication record and experience of fluorescence microscopy would be preferred.
