I have some problem with my cell proliferation assay. My cell line is VSMC (a primer cell line), I tried my cells with various consantration of Angiotensin II but I couldnt find any differenceses between control and treated groups.

Posted 10/25/2010 12:10:30 AM 		May be you need to increase incubation time or concentration of angiotensin.
Also you can check cell density which you are seeding in wells.
If it will be too high then in that condition they may not be abel to proliferate as space available in a well of 96 well plate is small.
