Job Description

·         Set up HR policies, practices and procedures for Biocon Malaysia in accordance with Malaysian employment laws

·         Liaise with government and local agencies on employment practices and procedures

·         Undertake Manpower planning exercise

·         Acquire high quality talent to fulfill the business expectations from Biocon Malaysia

·         Once the Malyasia Operations commence:

o    Lead HR operations to include but not limited to Payroll Processing and HR MIS Management

o    Lead Employee Relations and communication

o    Implement HR processes like Performance Management, Learning & Development, Annual Salary review etc

Provide leadership to the Biocon Malaysia HR team
