Responsible for developing and implementing non-clinical safety strategy for Neusentis projects from idea to Proof of Concept. Advise project teams on safety pharmacology and toxicology aspects of projects and communicate with Neusentis leadership team and others on safety strategy for the Neusentis portfolio of projects. Effectively liaise with Drug Safety R&D (DSRD) to ensure all necessary studies are performed and expert analysis/advice obtained as required.
Reports to Early Development Group Head.
PhD, DVM or MSc level education with strong industry experience
Experience in safety pharmacology and/or toxicology for drug discovery/development
Experience of working in a diverse global matrix organization.
