Neurogenesis and LTP

Long term potentiation increase synaptic strength in the hippocampus I dont konw how LTP make synap to the new neurons and these new information transfer to the cerebellem and other cortical areas. Is there any book, litrature or information avilable on net. Thanks.

Please read The principles of Neuroscience by Eric Kandel and others & also Neuroscience book by Zigmond and others.

These two books have ample amount of the basic as well as advanced knowledge of the LTP studies and synaptic formation.
