Reading a Nanodrop Graph

Hello I am having trouble reading a Nanodop graph. I tired posting a picture up but it is not showing up. The reason I want to learn how to read the Nanodrop graph is to be able to determine that I am getting the right concentrations on my samples. Here is a link to a nanodrop graph:https://www.google.com/search?q=nanodrop+graph&safe=off&rlz=1C1GNAM_enUS689US689&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjU-fKzhqjNAhWHbiYKHYPRD8EQ_AUICCgB&biw=1366&bih=623#imgrc=VGtNMfP3dXGe3M%3AThanks :)

All the information you need for a typical nanodrop reading is indeed summarized in the right hand panel (Abs for 280, 260 and 320). The most important take home message is the concentration of your sample, which is shown on the lowest right panel (unit= ng/ul)
