Nanomedicine Technologies

Nanotechnology products are very new, it is expected to grow rapidly, they predict over 3 billion by 2008. What type of products nanomedicine and nanobiotechnology cover? are the following products considered nanotechnology tools:
Liposome, dendrimer, quantom dots, fullerene. I know that they compare the size of these particles to the size of glucose molecule. Are these particles smaller than glucose? What is going to happen to antibodies and vaccines to be used in therapy?

Nanotechnology's benefits are mostly relevant to cancer and infectious disease treatment. Nanostructures like dendrimers can be loaded with drugs or tags. By manipulating the chemistry of dendrimers, the geometry and properties of the structure can be altered to perform a vast array of functions, including magnetic resonanve imaging contrast agents.
