FLUROESCENCE IMAGING issues

hi all,
hope someone can help.suddenly the nikon confocal microscope in our lab staretd acting weird.issue is that any blue fluorescence present in the samples shows in the green channel of the PMT detector also.Its an issue as its difficult to differentiate when a blue and green dye are used to together. Anyone has had similar issues???

until u get the more specific and experienced answere here are are some useful links for your confocal microscopy as i had  never faced such probs, we also have confocal from Nikon but we usually call Nikon technical executive as we have AMC(Annual maintenance contract) for that
