I am Ms. Jikku Jose doing Ph.

I am Ms. Jikku Jose doing Ph. D in Biotechnology under Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin. My area of research is Studies on the induction of variability  through in vitro culture in Jatropha curcas. And I am submitting my thesis on the same on 23 rd Jan 2013. I would like to know whether there is any Job/ Post doc opening which suits my profile, in your esteemed institution. I hold a 2007 Masters in Philosophy degree in Biochemistry of Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal. I received a Master of Science degree from Bharathidasan University, Trichy in Biotechnology in 2006. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry under Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai in 2004. While pursuing coursework conducted for M. Phil, I completed her Masters in Philosophy thesis entitled “Isolation of Staphylococcus aureus and production of Lipase and β-Galactosidase by solid substrate fermentation”. For the fulfillment of Post-Graduation in Biotechnology I did thesis work on “Influence of Genetic polymorphism of CYP1A1, GSTT1 and GSTM1 genes in lung cancer susceptibility” in Cytogenetics Research Division, Trivandrum. As a part of Masters in Science degree, I attended one month training in AIMS, Cochin. Myresearch interests include phytoremediation, somaclonal variation, phytochemical studies and secondary metabolite production.
