Job Description
The Laboratory of Targeted Therapy and Nanomedicine in the Department of Pharmaceutics at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow or Research Scientist for a full-time appointment in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Project Description: We are looking for a highly motivated researcher to work on the development of genetically engineered vectors for targeted cancer suicide gene therapy. These recombinant non-viral vectors are designed to target and transfer therapeutic genes into cancer cells.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have PhD in the related field. Experience with nanotechnology, molecular biology techniques, mammalian cell culture, cell transfection and xenograft tumors in mice are desirable. Fluency in speaking and writing English is required. Candidate must have a desire to learn new techniques, willing to train students and be able to work independently.

Salary: Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
