Postdoctoral position immediately available to study development and carcinogenesis in steroid hormone target organs.

A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Takeshi Kurita in the Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University.
 
We are looking for postdocs who are interested in investigating mouse genetic studies of (1) uterine leiomyoma, (2) epithelial cell fate decision and carcinogenesis, and/or (3) tissue microenvironment in cancer progression.
These projects involve characterization of new mouse models, and tissue manipulation/surgery. Candidates must have a strong background in molecular biology techniques. Experience in embryology and with transgenic mouse models is preferred.
