1. To network with strategic customers within the zone to build excellent client relationships through personal contacts, regular meetings and Key Opinion Leader’s and also to influence and develop other key customers while also focusing on identifying methods to create demand for Alere’s products.
2. To achieve the Zonal Sales targets and grow the business in all key accounts under coverage by creating demand for the medical diagnostics products through personal contacts with key users, influencers and through education.
3. Meeting secondary sales targets, Conduct various special projects/ activities in hospitals to position company as a leader.
4. The candidate will also be responsible for undertaking new projects which would include the planning and execution piece, Training the technicians and organizing Seminars.
5. He shall also be responsible for managing Dealer & distributor sales activities, trainings.
6. To gather market information on competitor activities, trends & practices and communicate them in a timely manner to the National sales manager
A science graduate preferably an MBA with experience of handling ICU,CCU NICU,PICU and Emergency product/critical care product
and also of handling medical devices in hospital supply
