this role is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the legal department, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.
2. key responsibilities
this role will manage the following portfolio - legal risk, policy development, litigation management, formulating regulatory compliance check-list and ensuring adherence to the same, international contract negotiation and supervision of the legal team. working closely with the human resources department.

a minimum of 8 years legal experience with a leading organization(s) and a minimum of at least 4 years in corporate legal divisions. proven ability to perform under extremely challenging situations on the litigatiion side.demonstrated capabilities in high pressure situations. talented in providing legal vision where required and assert oneself amidst conflicting viewpoints. proven experience on the regulatory and compliances side. ability to pull the team along towards the goal.
