Starting salary from £30,870 - £35,788 with further progression opportunities to £39,107

We have an opportunity for an exceptional professional to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the design and delivery of an HR service that supports the University's vision and Strategic Plan.
Forming part of an organisationally aligned team, you will ensure best practice in operational human resources and people management through the provision of high quality proactive and timely advice to leaders, managers and staff.
This is a varied and interesting role for which you will require broad generalist experience and also be well versed in all aspects of human resources. You will possess a thorough understanding of employment legislation and the ability to negotiate and work in partnership. This is an ideal opportunity to further develop skills and experience and to become involved in more challenging strategic elements of human resources.
This post is available for up to 12 months on a fixed term contract to provide maternity cover for an established member of staff.
