Starting Salary: £24,080 p.a. (Inc. LWA)

The University has 2,900 staff and 22,000 students based across the West End and at our site at Harrow.
 
The HR Department is looking for an experienced administrator, who can provide administrative support to the Reward and Resourcing team. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Reward and Resourcing, the administrator will provide a range of administrative duties including; providing a responsive enquiries service, supporting staff grade / salary reviews and Professors and Readers Awarding panels, administering payroll and terms and conditions changes, data input and updating staff records using the computerised HR system (SAP).
 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience processing significant volumes of admin and data entry. This is a specialist role, to provide appropriate advice and support to all levels of staff and management across the University on all aspects of HR resourcing and reward related policy, procedures and practices. The role requires significant and sustained attention to detail, the ability to prioritise, multi-task and build effective relationships with staff, managers and external customers in a demanding and challenging environment. Educated to at least GCSE level, including Maths and English, the successful candidate will also be proficient in Word and Excel.
