The BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT of EMORY UNIVERSITY in Atlanta, Georgia, seeks to hire a highly creative, interactive, and outstanding Molecular Cell Biologist. We invite applications for this Tenure-Track faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank, although appointment at a higher rank may be considered in exceptional cases. Applicants must have a Ph.D. with post-doctoral experience and an excellent record of productivity in research related to molecular mechanisms that guide cellular function and/or differentiation. Applicants will be evaluated on their research accomplishments, including publications, the quality and significance of these accomplishments, their demonstrated ability or potential for success in attracting external funding, and their experience and enthusiasm toward participating in the undergraduate and graduate teaching missions of the Department.
