Using specialist knowledge of a particular field you will be required to teach on undergraduate and taught postgraduate HRM and General Management and Leadership programmes contributing to the ongoing development of these. You will also be required to contribute to the development of new areas in the field of HRM and the wider work of the Division.
You will be required to engage in external activities with professional bodies such as CIPD and CMI and liaise with both internal and external networks in order to enhance the reputation of the Division and external visibility of the Business School.
A Masters degree in a relevant subject area and Graduate membership of the CIPD are essential.
