Our research is focused on the investigation of signal transduction pathways that control innate immune responses and their contribution to inflammatory and neoplastic diseases (Immunity (2012) 36, 32-42; Nat Immunol. (2011) 12, 709-714; J Exp Med (2010) 207, 1031-1044; Nat Immunol. (2010) 11, 63-69; J Exp Med (2009) 206, 2313-2320; Nature (2009) 459, 433-436).
