Problems with Regulatory T cells characterization

 Dear scientists,
1. I would like to ask you how I can characterize Tr1 cells, can I use only CD4 CD25 and IL10 ?
2. The second question is : Can I use only CD4+Foxp3+ to characterize natural Regulatory T cells ?
