homopotymer

This is not a forum I normally visit, please could someone point me in the direction of a definition of a homopotymer? The word should have been homopolymers but a typo has resulted in the former, which I understand is an actual type but cannot find anything (at Tadpole level!) that helps me define it. I would be glad of any help, thank you. J

 Hi

 Hi

Homopotymer is nothing. Homopolymer however means that a large molecule which is derived by adding repetitive subunits of same compound (monomer)

for e.g
Starch is a polymer of Glucose
Cellulose is polymer of glucose
Polythene is polymer of ethene

thanks for replying,
best wishes,
