Can we use same primers for qRT-PCR and RT-PCR?
How can we calculate the base pair size for a primer?

Theoretically yes, but it

Theoretically yes, but it depends in part on how big the amplicon is. qRT-PCR works best with amplicons that are smaller than 200 bp, and ideally around 100 bp, while RT-PCR primers tend to amplify amplicons that are bigger than this.

Good luck

Can u tell me how to get base pair size of a primer?

All you need to determine the

All you need to determine the size, in base pairs, of a primer, is add the number of nucleotides. For example the following primer:

ATCGACTAATTACG

is 14 base pairs long.
