This is a useful list - especially rule number 1. How many people really do take 3 (really) independent cell samples for RT-PCR analysis?
This 2 page paper gives you a set of rules one should follow to get result in Quantitative RT-PCR. Really a nice paper (letter to editor) to read and follow.
A must read for new-comers in this field.
Thanks a lot Parvoman and Shampa. Uvardi MK has really written this letter to Editor very nicely and included the whole set of rules that one must follow to get good results. Many times we don't follow these simple (but must to so) rules and run into lots of problems.
This is a nice letter. For a complete set of rules on how to run qPCR experiments, look at the MIQE guidelines.
