Does anyone know of a program or database that identifies motifs associated with phosphorylation by particular kinases?  I’m attempting to identify which kinases might phosphorylate my protein of interest, but with so many kinases and recognition sites, I was hoping there was a database that might make this easier.  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Michael
