BET testing in presence of ethanol

Can any body guide to check Bacterial Endotoxin in ethanol precipited proteins. The ethanol concentration is approximatelt about 20%.
Will BET interfere with testing by LAL testing.

Are you asking if the 20% ethanol will interfere with the detection of endotoxin present with your precipitated protein solution?
Do you suspect the endotoxin is bound to your proteins or free in solution?
Which LAL assay method are you currently using?

Yes my precipited protein contains about 20% ethanol residue which is just like a paste. At present we are using Lonza kit for LAL assay. When we dissolve the pptd proteins the ethanol also comes into solution which interferes with the test.
