hepg2 cells

 i am getting bacterial white floating smear every time I passage the cells.
i took cells from other than too the same problem is originating
i think the pipette contains bacteria / or else i dont know, i changed the trypsin also this time?
 
plz help

Have you considered cleaning the water bath for warming up your media/buffers for cell culture? 

Also, UV treated your hood + using proper pipets (those with fiber at the top) should help to prevent contamination too.

but the pipette used are sealed and with fibre at top as you said

I think the tips used are also clean since autoclaved, but the pipette set can be the one creating problem

well the water bath yes it has to be looked
