Mining delayed association rules between marginal rate of frequency changes

Hope this email find you well.

I am a graduate student in Computer Science Engineering pursuing a project in
"Mining delayed association rules between marginal rate of frequency changes".

I am looking for some advice and guidance to obtain some data and motivation. It seems you have
had experience with micro array dataset relating molecular structure, proteins, etc. and bioinformatics.

What my algorithm does is trying to find associations between changes in
frequency of several variables. I am trying to find a motivating
example and a real dataset to evaluate my algorithm.

What I require is some data that can be transformed to this form.

tn   0    1     1     1        1

where we have m variables and data over n times with equal time
interval between any two times. The binary values 0, 1 can be
intensity of some variables e.g. a multivalued categorical numerical
data i.e. [1-5] etc.

What I am trying to find is how the delayed marginal frequency changes
in one variable affect the changes in another variable. I am looking for significant changes and
trying to find association among these changes.
