calculate Vo and specific activity

Hi. I am new in enzyme kinetics. Just want to know how we can calculate the initial velocity and specific activity of an enzyme.
Thanks,
Nahal

This is quite a nice tutorial

This is quite a nice tutorial on the basic information you are looking for:

Hi Parvoman;

Hi Parvoman;
Thanks for sending the link. It is a really useful one. But how we can measure the amount of product produce over the times? Is it the number we get  on a spectrophotometry dividing by time (nmol/min)? I realized it is a little bit more complicated rather than the one shows in this tutor. We should include the concentrations as well. Shouldn't we?
I have read too many too many topics regarding to enzyme kinetics but still don't know how to calculate the amount of product produced over the time.
