IgG Sepharose Column

I'm purifying a protein that is fused to an immunoglobulin-binding domain by use of an IgG sepharose column. Is there a way to elute a protein from an IgG sepharose column without changing the pH?

I guess you can try to use X2

I guess you can try to use X2 LSB +10%B-Mercapto.

Thanks for the reply - However, I'm not familiar with LSB, what does it stand for?

You can try different things,

You can try different things, depending on the stability, etc of the protein you are trying to work with. Ionic strength, detergents, alcohols, etc. are all ways to elute without a pH change.
More details on your setup and goals and I can help more.
