Hello everybody
I have to Ask that Kcat and Km of glucose oxidase are constant or it is variable means if I have perform the glucose oxidase assay at 37 C at that temperature the Kcat and Km are constant means its value are already known.

I would expect the reaction

I would expect the reaction rate to decrease if you decrease the reaction temperature.
If you did this for a range of different substrate concentrations and plotted the new (cooler)
reaction rates, you would get a saturation curve that reaches its maximum rate more slowly.
Plotting the half maximal rate and reading off the substrate concentration would give you a higher substrate concentration, ie a higher Km.
