Hello to all,
Is there any thing like, a monoclonal antibody can be both IgM/IgG.
Or in general, is this possible for an antibody can be both types.

IgM and IgG are two different structures. A single B-cell can switch to production of IgG rather than IgM, which is a normal function of B cells during an immune response. I believe hybridomas have been coaxed to switch isotype class as well.
