Could anyone tell me what exactly is a P/4 protocol and how is it implemented? How does it help in leak and capacitive current subtraction?
For my experiments, I want to measure the gating current (to normalize for differences in channel expression) and tail current (Ba2+) in HEK cells expressing L-type Ca2+ channels. Also, is there a specific protocol to measure the tail current?
