Human Anatomy and Physiology
  • Hello,
  •
  • I am doing my TAQ's for Human anatomy and Physiology, but the way some of the questions are asked I'm not exactly sure what answers they are looking for so was wondering if anyone could help shed some light!!  TAQ4: Skeletal muscles have complicated structures that allow them to move. What are these structures and how do they allow muscles to carry out their roles? I found myself desccribng the structure of muscles such as the endomysium and the perimysium, I'm not sure if they are wanting me to discuss more on the sliding filament theory, or anything else?

Sliding theory

I guess they are looking for the sliding theory. Mainly Actin-myosin filaments.
