Dear Sir/Madam,
i am working in degration section. i have one acid dye graph of hplc and after degration in the treated material whether the dye is present or not.can i suggest the quantity of dye using hplc graph? please give me an idea.

There is no simple answer to your question.  We would need more details to give you a good answer.  However, I can make some general statements.

If you analyze a sample "before" degradation, and then inject the same solution "after" degradation, you can compare the two peak sizes and get an estimate of the amount present:

For example:

Peak Area After      = X
Peak Area Before      100%

Solve for X and you will get the % remaining.  The method assumes that the detector response is very linear over this range.
