CAN U TELL WHY BEADS R PRODUCED IN CASE OF LOD DETERMINATION IN A HALOGEN MOISTURE ANALYSER (105/60 DEGREE TEPM FOR 10 MINS)
Please give us some more information about your question. What "beads" are you talking about?
beads mean dry graular lumps.or granules.
I am still not sure that I understand your question, but when you dry a solid in a moisture balance, sometimes the drying process causes the non-volatile solids to change their appearance. They may shrink, or melt, and sometimes this could change their appearance. This may happen more often when there is a large moisture content. The chemical reasons are complex, and probably relate to the crystal structure of the solid (but I am not an expert in this area). I think most of the time this observation is normal.
However, if the dried residue has changed color (to brown or black) or looks like it has decomposed, then your moisture results may be inaccurate.
I think the beads here means water drops
