Research on:

1. Isolation of Antihepatitic principle from field grown and in-vitro propagated plants of Eclipta prostrata by TLC, CC and the structure elucidation using FT-IR and 1H, 13C-NMR analysis.

2. Preparation of Green polymer of polyolefin films by various blending technique and a microbial consortium was developed from different bacterial strains for faster degradation

Surfactant production of Escherichia coli carried out under the guidance of professor Dr.V.Sitaramam at the Dept of Biotechnology, University of Pune, Pune
PROFILE:
Surfactant produced by cells was determined by means of surface tension using Tensiomate. Results found that the cells were entered in to stationary when the concentration of surfactants gets saturate. Intrinsically, a diauxy growth pattern was observed while the surfactants from the medium were removed.
