Main area of my interest is life style and degenerative diseases including type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases. These diseases poseing a major burdenon publichealth in all over the world and in Pakistan. My focus of research is on the roles of nutrition, physical activity and poverty in the development of these diseases to generate preventive measures.
