Improving and streamlining EPA analytical methodology:

          * Improved sensitivity for EPA wet chemistry techniques for traditional pollutants

          * Improving automation and integration of instrumentation and LIMS for bench and instrument based analyses

Improved sensitivity for EPA GCMS procedures using LVI, SIM, and higher sensitivity instrumentation.

Improving information from GCMS unknown peak identification.

Utilization of ICPMS for solving novel analytical problems

Applying EPA analytical methodology to novel matrices.

Developing solutions for non-routine analytical problems for water, materials, and products.

Trace analysis for contaminants in consumer materials, foods, etc:

          * Leaching for trace metals from toys and consumer products

          * Pesticides and trace metals in neutricuticals
